A little guide before your cake makes its way to you.
📦 1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to over 100 suburbs across Melbourne.
You can check the full list at the bottom of this page.
If your area isn’t listed, feel free to fill out the enquiry form below.
We’ll always try our best to help — but please understand that we may not cover every suburb due to distance or logistics.
🏃♀️ 2. Can I pick up instead of delivery?
Yes — you can select Pick-up at checkout!
Pick-up is available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except Sundays when it's 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
We’ll send a pick-up notification to the contact details you’ve provided once your cake is packed and ready to go.
The earlier you come, the better — our fridge space is limited and our cakes are eager to party.

🚚 3. What days do you deliver?
We deliver every day of the week — yes, even weekends.
⏰ 4. What time will my cake arrive?
Our delivery window is 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
The majority of deliveries are completed between 1:00–4:00 PM, but exact times can vary depending on the day.
You'll receive a live tracking SMS around lunchtime so you know when your cake is on the way.
🧊 5. How is the cake kept fresh during delivery?
Every cake is packed in our signature cooler bag with ice bricks.
This ensures freshness and stability — even on warmer days.
And yes, the cooler bag is yours to keep!
We encourage you to reuse it for grocery runs or picnics.
📅 6. How do I choose my delivery date?
Before checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date on the Cart Page.
Just scroll down and you’ll see the “Preferred Delivery Date” box under the customer message section.
Make sure to select your date before proceeding to payment.
The recipient will receive a live tracking SMS on the day, once the cake leaves our kitchen.
📱 7. What if no one is home?
If no one is available to receive the cake, we’ll place it at a safe spot near the door and take a photo as proof of delivery.
The photo will be uploaded to the live tracking link sent to the recipient via SMS.
Our cakes are packed with a cooler bag and ice bricks, and we do everything we can to keep your cake safe and fresh until it’s picked up.
We kindly recommend picking up your sweet as soon as possible.
💸 8. What does delivery cost?
We require a minimum order of $33 for all deliveries.
A flat delivery fee of $8.
Delivery is free for any order over $60 — no code needed.
