Typical delivery window
Typical delivery window: 1:00 PM–6:00 PM. An exact arrival time is not guaranteed. For a lunchtime celebration, choose delivery the day before and refrigerate overnight, or select available pickup from 9:30 AM.
Same-day cutoff
Orders placed before 7:00 AM Melbourne time may qualify for same-day delivery, subject to the cake's preparation time, your address and available dates. Check the dates in your cart and confirm address availability at checkout.
Pickup
Collect a confirmed order from 9:30 AM at our production kitchen, 165 Clayton Road, Oakleigh East, when pickup is offered for your order. Follow your order confirmation. No walk-in sales.

Can I pick up my cake?
Pickup for confirmed orders is available from 9:30 AM at our production kitchen, 165 Clayton Road, Oakleigh East, when offered for your order. Follow the collection details in your order confirmation. There are no walk-in sales.

Can I choose a delivery date?
Choose an available date in your cart, then confirm delivery availability for your address at checkout. The first available date depends on your cake's preparation time and when you order. A selected delivery date does not guarantee arrival before lunch.
What if the birthday celebration is at lunchtime?
Choose delivery the day before and keep the cake refrigerated overnight. Alternatively, select pickup on the celebration day from our Oakleigh East kitchen, available from 9:30 AM when offered for your order.
