What is the cutoff for same-day cake delivery?

Order before 7:00 AM Melbourne time for same-day delivery. After 7:00 AM, select the next available delivery date shown at checkout. A product's preparation lead time may move the first available date later.

Where does Sam Baking High deliver?

We deliver every day across selected Melbourne areas. Enter your address at checkout to confirm whether delivery is available for your order.

How much does Melbourne delivery cost?

Melbourne delivery is free with every cake order.

Can I choose a delivery date or exact delivery time?

Choose from the available delivery dates shown in your cart. The typical delivery window is 1:00 PM–6:00 PM, but an exact arrival time is not guaranteed.

Can I pick up my cake?

If checkout offers Pick-up for your order, follow the collection details in your order confirmation. Our Oakleigh East production kitchen does not offer walk-in sales.

Where can I find storage or allergen information?

Follow the information displayed with the product and supplied with your cake. Email hello@sambakinghigh.com.au before ordering if you need product-specific storage or allergen information.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Review the policy that applies to your order and email hello@sambakinghigh.com.au as soon as possible. What can be changed depends on the order's production status and the applicable policy.

What if checkout does not offer my address, or I need help with an order?

Email hello@sambakinghigh.com.au before ordering with your suburb, preferred date and question. Availability depends on the address, product and production schedule.
