What are your operating hours?

Our shop is open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM.

How can I place an order for a custom cake?

You can place an order by visiting our shop or emailing us at hello@sambakinghigh.com.au. For custom cakes, we recommend making an appointment for a consultation.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes, we offer a variety of gluten-free cakes. Please let us know your dietary preferences or restrictions when placing your order, and we’ll make sure to accommodate them.

Can I pick up my cake or do you offer delivery?

You can choose to pick up your cake from our shop. We also offer delivery within Melbourne for an additional fee. Free delivery for orders above $60. Please recognise delivery information when placing your order.

What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

If you encounter any issues with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Do you offer cakes for corporate events or large parties?

Yes, we do! We can create cakes and desserts for corporate events, weddings, and large parties. Please get in touch with us to discuss your specific needs and to get a quote.

Can I visit the cake shop without an appointment?

Yes, you are welcome to visit us during our regular business hours. However, we recommend making an appointment for custom orders or consultations to ensure dedicated time with one of our cake designers.
